DECLARATION REGARDING THE POLICY IN THE AREA OF
quality, environment PROTECTION, OCCUPATIONAL health and sAFETY
Stera chemicals activity domain is: import-export, merchandise and distribution of chemical products, raw materials for cosmetic, detergents, laquers, coatings, constructions, food, rubber, plastifiers industries.
Concerned to realize and prove the performances of it’s services, the management of Stera Chemicals decided:

Improving the company managerial practices through maintaining in general management of company of the integrated system quality, environment, labour health and safety, in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2008, SR EN ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2008.

Appling the ,,Politics in quality, environment, labour health and security domain’’, which refers to :
- satisfaction customers needs, demands and expectations through offering complete and quality products and services;
- create an labour environment adequate for achieve products/services at customer and employees level of demands, specified in contractual clauses;
- the continuous rising of total company performance, through maintaining and improving all the time the quality of products and services
- ensure the personnel training in view of working in accordance with legal stipulations regarding quality, environment protection, occupational health and security;
- prevention and increasing the risks of environment accidents happening and their impact against environment
- prevention and increasing the risks of labour accidents happening and their consequences against employees
- continuous improving of performances regarding environment, labour health and security domain through periodic surveilannce and analyse of these domains parameters.
We are engaging to ensure an adequate level of environment protection, occupational health and security related with compliance of applicable legal demands.
For the best function of the implemented integrated system, in my quality of General Manager, I’m engaging to ensure organizational cadre and necessary resources, also necessary cadre for establishing and analyse environment objectives and aims, SSO domain objectives. In the name of organization I’m also engaging to prevent pollution and and labour accidents, to be in accordance with applicable legal demands, to be in accordance with another applicable legal demands to which our organization subscribe, regarding to its environment aspects, to occupational health and security risks and emergency cases. The policy is communicated to all personnel and is available for public through posting at office/warehouse and through organisation website www.sterachemicals.ro.
The responsibility and authority for following the appliance of policy and quality, environment protection, occupational health and security objectives, also for reporting the way of function for the integrated management system quality, environment protection, occupational health and security, is assigned to Mrs. Pufulete Florentina, named by decision: Representative of integrated management for quality, environment protection, occupational health and security.
Each employees and any level leader is directly responsible for his assigned objectives accomplishment and for the quality of performed services in his specify activity, protecting surrounding environment and the labour health conditions, related to established attributions, competences, responsibilities.
